Homesick is currently one of my favorite brands when it comes to gifts for family and friends. This company creates candles and other products to bring a reminder of home or your favorite place you have been to before.

I love all the products that @homesick is coming out with. The candles are great and Just smells so good. But they have recently released a diffuser that I’ve been needing. My favorite thing about this is that it is also a humidifier and I truly will be needing this during the season.

Self Care can be the easiest thing, while most of the time it is not.

Self-care can be very easy, but that only comes when you have done it for sometime. Even then, you can still hit a rough patch practicing it. We know what is needed to be healthy and happy. We read how to do it and how to get through it. The easiest part is knowing in the first place why we have to do it. But when the time comes to take care of ourselves it just becomes hard. Sometimes we can’t can’t get out of bed, look at ourselves in the mirror or even want to go out.
